Job summary

DMart in Maharashtra (Nashik) seeks an experienced Circle HR Manager with 10+ years of HR leadership. You will oversee IR resolutions, contract labour management, payroll and statutory compliance across stores and the regional office.

The role requires an MBA/ MSW/ PG Diploma, strong team leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel between stores. SAP knowledge is advantageous for the role.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG Diploma in HR or MSW with relevant experience.
• Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in statutory compliance and factory/labour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IR issues related to contract labour, bonuses, wages and labour employment.
• Issue confirmation & appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation.
• Manage HR at multiple locations.
• Coordinate with labour contractors and organize manpower requirements.
• Lead team, oversee recruitment, PMS and statutory compliance.
• Promote employee engagement and travel to stores/ regional office twice weekly.
