Profile Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented HR professional with 15 to 18 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy implementation, and statutory compliance.

The successful candidate will be adept at developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives while fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are essential for driving employee development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and support manpower planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans.
  • Promote employee well-being and strengthen organizational commitment.
3. Performance Management
  • Design, implement, and oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers in goal setting, performance evaluations, and continuous feedback processes.
  • Identify capability gaps and recommend development initiatives.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
4. HR Policies & Statutory Compliance
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational objectives and applicable labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including POSH, PF, ESIC, and other employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure organizational adherence.
5. Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll administration and employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Recommend compensation revisions and reward strategies.
  • Administer incentive, recognition, and retention programs.
6. Learning & Development
  • Identify organizational training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Organize technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
Education
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
  • 15 to 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a broad spectrum of HR functions within a fast-paced organizational environment.
Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
