Job summary

Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited in India seeks a seasoned insurance sales professional to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and consumer lines, grow GPW, and maintain hygiene in receivables.

You will coach agents, ensure IRDA licensing compliance, recruit agents, and train on products, processes, and company USP's.

Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs experience in insurance sales and distribution.
• Experience in coaching agents to cross-sell and grow business.
• Knowledge of IRDA licensing and commission processes.

• Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business.
• Make individual agents grow Year On Year.
