Qualifications

• Total 3-6 years of experience.
• Preferably general insurance industry.
• Graduation, Any Professional degree.
• Insurance certification – Associate level (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Drive business mix of commercial and consumer lines.
• Grow GPW/Non Motor GPW with focus on premium growth.
• Maintain hygiene – cheque bounce & receivables.
• Recruit and appoint agents for general insurance business.
• Train agents on products, processes and USPs of the company.
• Coach agents to cross-sell and grow their business.
• Manage daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
• Ensure IRDA licensing & commission payments to agents.
• Ensure quality of applications and policy services.

7. Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.


8. Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business


9. Make individual agents grow Year On Year


10. Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents


11. Responsible for ensuring quality of applications


12. Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services


13. To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business


14. Train agents on products, process and USP’s of Co.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

To achieve the overall budget assigned for the fiscal

• Multi line budget achievement

Achieve 100% of Budget- periodically and annually.

Service Excellence

Goal 1: Service excellence standards to be met

Measure 1: Issuance of policies within 7 days

Measure 2: Refunds within 10 days Measure 3: Quotes 48 hours within branch authority

Goal 2: Ensuring & monitoring claim settlements with agreed TAT

Measure 1: Within 7 days of receipt of all documentation
