Job summary

Adecco India is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives across Shared Services/GBS transformation programs in Bangalore. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change communications, training, and adoption to ensure successful business transformation outcomes.

You will drive change management end-to-end, conduct readiness activities, develop training and adoption strategies, and support large-scale digital and ERP transformations.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of Change Management, Transformation or Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Management, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• PROSCI, CCMP, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Change Management initiatives for GBS/Shared Services transformations.
