Job summary

IBU Consulting in Delhi seeks a Sr. Consultant Change Management with 4+ years of experience to drive transformation initiatives. You will design and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption programs to ensure successful outcomes.

Daily onsite presence at client locations in Delhi is required. You will partner with client leadership to minimize disruption and enable smooth transitions across large-scale programs.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Change Management professional with strong expertise in organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption strategies to support business transformation and enterprise implementation programs.
• The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, training alignment, and stakeholder management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or operating models.
• In addition, for this engagement, the candidate must be comfortable working from the client location on a daily basis in Delhi and should be able to effectively partner with client leadership and stakeholders to drive change readiness, business alignment, and adoption outcomes within a large-scale transformation environment.
• This role requires a strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively drive change readiness, minimise business disruption, and support successful transformation outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
