Job summary

Jconnect Infotech Bangalore seeks an experienced Change Management Lead for a contract-to-hire role. You will assess RFCs, filter changes, determine approval levels, and steer changes through the CAB process.

The position requires 6.5+ years in change management, including leading CAB meetings, managing FSC, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.

This on-site role offers a 24x7 shift pattern, immediate joiners only, and a pathway to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading change management processes and governance.
• Proven ability to coordinate RFC reviews and approvals.
• Strong risk assessment and post-implementation review skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess RFCs for completeness and validity.
• Filter, review and assess all changes raised.
• Determine appropriate approval levels and scheduling.
• Steer changes through review and approval processes.
• Manage duty desk and address customer issues by chat/call/email.
• Handle escalations related to change management.
• Facilitate risk and impact assessments for each change.
• Prepare docs for Technical Reviews and CAB meetings.
• Attend Technical Review meetings for change items.
• Publish post-meeting change documentation for CAB meetings.
• Notify owners and implementers of approvals/rejections/rescheduling.
• Confirm closure and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Chair the CAB and manage Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC).
• Communicate FSC/Change Calendar updates.
• Basic understanding of networks.

Job Description:

• Assess RFCs (Request for Changes) for completeness and validity
• Filtering, reviewing and assessing all of the changes that are raised.
• Determining the correct approval levels are applied to the change. (Approval and Scheduling)
• Steering changes through the review and approval process.
• Managing the duty desk and addressing customer issues/concerns over chat/call/email
• Handle escalations related to change management
• Facilitating the risk and impact assessment process for each change.
• Preparing the documentation required to support the Technical Reviews and CAB meetings.
• Attending Technical Review meetings for change related items.
• Publication and circulation of the post-meeting change documentation for CAB meetings.
• Notifying change owners and implementers of the approval, rejection and rescheduling of changes.
• Confirming the closure and closure status of changes and conducting any post implementation reviews required.
• Chair the CAB (change advisory board).
• Manage and communicate the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) / Change Calendar.
