Job summary

Marsh in Gurugram/Noida is seeking a Change Manager for the Database Production Services team to ensure IT service availability and enable business operations through robust change process enablement.

The role requires 3+ years of ITIL change management experience, familiarity with ITIL Service Management, and strong experience with application or database support. You will coordinate changes, prepare reports, and collaborate with multiple teams to sustain governance cadence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ITIL change management experience.
• Exposure to ITIL Service Management (or similar).
• Good experience in application, database or other application-related technology support.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliance.
• Manage queues for database-related change requests using domain knowledge to manage changes through their lifecycle.
• Facilitate communications about changes and change reviews across involved teams and requesters.
• Prepare and maintain change management reports.
• Ensure changes are categorized, prioritized and scheduled.
• Help and support other IT Service Management areas for governance cadence.

Experience :

• 3+ years of working experience in ITIL change management process.
• Comfortable and flexible with shifts. preferability EMEA/ UK shift hours.
• Exposure to ITIL Service Management (or similar) processes and methodologies.
• Good experience in application, database or other application related technology support.
