Job summary

Shield Autoglass is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager in Tamil Nadu to drive sales, operations and customer experience at our service centre. You will be responsible for achieving business targets and ensuring profitability while managing end-to-end centre operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and hands-on experience with CRM and Excel, along with a track record in operations and sales management. MBA holders are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; graduate required.
• Experience in automotive service/retail environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for glass and ancillary products.
• Ensure centre profitability and cost control.
• Manage customer experience and resolve complaints.
• Lead and develop service centre staff.
• Maintain SOPs and audit standards.
• Drive local marketing and tie-ups with insurers/corporates.
• Track MIS, collections and reporting.
