Job summary

Edubridge Learning in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to drive the overall business, operations, sales and training performance of our centre. You will own the Centre P&L, revenue targets, enrolments, placements and training outcomes, while leading Trainers, a Sales Officer and a Counsellor to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales / Operations / Centre Management.
• Prior experience managing a profit centre / branch / centre preferred.
• Experience in Education, Training, Recruitment or IT/Software industry preferred.
• Strong people management, sales, business development and stakeholder management skills.
