  • Generate leads and convert prospects into admissions.
  • Counsel prospects regarding courses, programs and career opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with external organizations.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions and seminars for promotion.
  • Handle complete admission process and maintain records.
  • Ensure timely documentation and fee collection.
  • Address student queries and provide appropriate support.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending student payments and maintain financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations
  • Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Plan, prioritize, and delegate work among team members.

Sales & Business Development

  • Represent the centre at relevant events and networking activities.
Admissions & Student Management
  • Handle the complete admission process and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely documentation and fee collection.
  • Address student queries and provide appropriate support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.
Collections & Finance
  • Monitor and follow up on pending student payments.
  • Ensure timely collection of monthly fees.
  • Maintain sales, admission, and payment records.
  • Handle cash/cheque/DD transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in preparing centre budgets, expenditure plans, and financial reports.
Team & Performance Management
  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify training requirements and support employee development.
  • Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work culture.
Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare regular sales, admission, collection, and operational reports.
  • Analyse centre performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and business development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.
