Shield Autoglass Limited, AIS Windshield Experts, is looking for a Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Mohali center. This full-time on-site role focuses on staff guidance, customer satisfaction, budgeting, inventory, scheduling, and process efficiency.

You will handle customer complaints, drive sales targets, ensure profitability, manage expenses within budget, monitor market trends, and uphold center SOPs to deliver excellent service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as managing and guiding center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Center Manager will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising the repair and installation process.
