Shield Autoglass is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to drive sales, operations, and customer experience at our service centre. You will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining profitability, and managing end-to-end centre operations.

The role requires a graduate degree (MBA preferred) with strong leadership and communication skills, plus experience in operations and sales management. This position offers growth opportunities within Indias leading automotive glass brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for glass and ancillary products.
• Ensure centre profitability and cost control.
• Manage customer experience and resolve complaints.
• Handle team operations and staff development.
• Ensure SOP compliance and audit standards.
• Drive local marketing and business tie-ups (insurance/corporate).
• Track MIS, collections and reporting.
