• Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and conduct initial discussions to understand candidate qualifications and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and candidate communication.
• Learn and apply key US staffing concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization.
• Achieve daily and weekly sourcing, candidate engagement, and submission targets.

• 0 -1 year of experience in US staffing, IT recruitment, technical recruitment, or career counseling is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in US recruitment are welcome to apply.
