• Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media, and internal databases to identify qualified IT professionals for various job openings.
• Screening Resumes: Review resumes to evaluate candidates technical skills, work experience, and qualifications for specific IT roles.
• Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit for the clients requirements.
• Coordinating Submissions: Submit shortlisted candidates to clients after ensuring they meet all job requirements and qualifications.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Building Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities.
• Negotiations: Discuss job details such as pay rates, availability, and relocation requirements with candidates.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
