Job summary

Vantage Point Consulting Inc. in Delhi seeks a US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will source candidates for the US market, screen technical profiles, and manage the full recruitment process from contact through placement.

You will leverage Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels, coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, and maintain strong candidate relationships while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing practices.
• Experience recruiting for IT roles across Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity.
• Experience using job portals and social/professional networks.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening technical profiles, and managing the recruitment process from initial contact through placement.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of US staffing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Review job requirements and understand technical skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each position.
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
• Conduct initial phone/video screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Negotiate compensation, rates, and other employment-related details when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, job market conditions, and recruiting practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US employment and staffing requirements.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate relationship-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with US IT staffing companies or recruitment agencies.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Existing candidate network within the US IT market is a plus.
