Responsibilities

• The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
• Review and analyse active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
• Utilize multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to evaluate candidates' "fit and technical competence".
• Present career opportunities to qualified applicants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
• Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
• Sourcing from job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Yahoo Hot Jobs) and making job postings on the job portal.

Qualifications

• Responsible to work on contracts and permanent positions. Well‑versed in US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Experienced in working with W2 tax terms and extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment process across various IT technologies.
• Experience in working with direct clients; excellent communications skills required.
