Job summary

Butterfly Learnings in Mumbai seeks a proactive Campus Recruitment Officer to build college relationships, run campus drives, and manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level roles.

You will source candidates via drives, referrals, social channels, and screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding while meeting targets and maintaining trackers.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, business administration, management, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in campus recruitment, bulk hiring, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, institutes, and placement cells for hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with training placement officers, faculty members, and college management.
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, career talks, and recruitment events.
• Source and screen candidates through campus drives, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with the recruitment team.
• Maintain campus hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment MIS.
• Coordinate with internal hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates through recruitment and joining process.
• Support offer roll-out, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates for recurring and bulk hiring requirements.
• Explore new colleges and institutes in different locations to expand network.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic campus recruitment officer to join our HR talent acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with colleges and institutes, conducting campus recruitment activities, generating a strong candidate pipeline, and supporting end-to-end recruitment for entry-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, institutes, and placement cells for hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with training placement officers, faculty members, and college management .
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, career talks, and recruitment events.

• Track campus hiring performance, selection ratios, joining ratios, and source effectiveness.
• Travel to colleges/institutes for recruitment activities whenever required.

Qualification
