Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Campus Recruitment Lead to join our Noida team onsite. The role targets building a scalable campus hiring program, forming institutional partnerships, and delivering end-to-end recruitment for entry-level talent.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of campus hiring in US Staffing, BPO, or Call Center sectors, with strong networking and communication skills, and the ability to drive long-term campus plans. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of campus hiring experience in US Staffing, BPO, or Call Center industries.
• Ability to build relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
• End-to-end campus recruitment experience from planning to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field; advanced degrees/certifications a plus.

• Design and execute a comprehensive campus hiring strategy to meet talent needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
• Oversee all stages of campus recruitment: planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

Job Title: Campus Recruitment Lead

Location: Noida, India (Onsite)

Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM IST

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of expertise in campus hiring within the US Staffing, BPO, or Call Center industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end campus recruitment programs, building relationships with educational institutions, and creating a strong pipeline of entry-level talent. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campus Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive campus hiring strategy to meet organizational talent needs.
• Institutional Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to attract top talent.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee all stages of campus recruitment, including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Brand Building: Enhance the company’s employer brand through campus events, career fairs, and innovative engagement initiatives.
• Pipeline Development: Create a robust talent pipeline by identifying high-potential candidates and nurturing relationships with them throughout the academic year.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and present insights to stakeholders to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in campus hiring for US Staffing, BPO, or Call Center industries.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute long-term campus recruitment plans.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
