Job summary

The candidate should have 5+ years in HR management, strong employee relations and HR operations experience, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance requirements, and POSH regulations.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
