Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead end-to-end campus hiring initiatives across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune. You will build relations with universities, coordinate drives and interviews, and collaborate with business leaders to create strong hiring pipelines.

The role requires 3–5+ years of campus recruiting experience, MBA in HR or equivalent, and excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment programs.

• Manage internship programs and convert interns to full-time hires.

• Improve candidate engagement with innovative recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for smooth hiring operations.
• Generate recruitment reports, maintain data integrity, and provide analytics.

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth hiring operations.
• Generate recruitment reports, maintain data integrity, and provide hiring analytics.
• Support interviewer training, process improvements, and strategic campus hiring initiatives.
