Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist/Operations experience.
• Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, BPO, IT Services or similar corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support.
• Partner with managers and business leaders to address employee concerns and support goals.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
• Ensure seamless execution of HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Contribute to building a high-performance, employee-centric culture.

Shift: IST (9 AM - 6 PM) / EST Shift

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
• Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, BPO, IT Services, or a fast-paced corporate environment preferred
