Job summary

Money View in Bengaluru seeks an experienced performance marketing professional to lead digital campaigns end-to-end. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across Facebook and Google Ads, leveraging analytics and AI tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience in a digital agency, brand, or app-based company.
• Affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
• Self-starter who can own internal projects and prioritise by impact and urgency.
• Advanced strategic and operational expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, App, PMax, Demand Gen) and Facebook (Awareness to Sales).
• Excellent understanding of ad platforms, audience research, in-app events, optimisations, pixels, and campaign automation.
• Proficiency with AI tools for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to execute experiments and A/B tests.
