We are seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns across various digital channels. The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver results‑driven marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across all paid channels such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon Ads, etc.


• Understand key KPIs (CAC, LTV, Retention, ROAS, etc.) for different business verticals.


• Execute new advertisement products proactively across these channels.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.


• Work with the team to create relevant reports and presentations to share campaign performance updates with stakeholders.


• Design, conceptualize, and coordinate with the creative team to produce campaigns based on solid consumer and business insights.


• Understand user behavior and perform root‑cause analysis of data trend changes to identify corrections or propose desirable enhancements across product and marketing channels.


• Design experiments to establish attribution for high‑reach, high‑impact channels like programmatic, YouTube, etc., and evaluate them via relevant KPIs.


• Conduct multivariate testing across marketing channels to assess the impact of advertising spends on key business metrics.

Qualifications

• Good with numbers; analytical skills using a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
