Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Bhiwani. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls related to EMI collections, debt recovery, and customer support for financial institution clients. Daily responsibilities include contacting customers, explaining payment details, reminding customers of due or overdue EMIs, and updating call outcomes in the system accurately. The role involves resolving basic queries, providing clear information, escalating complex issues where necessary, and maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times. The Caller will work closely with the team to meet collection targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
