Job summary

Advance Career Solutions in Delhi is seeking an experienced IT recruitment specialist to drive end‑to‑end C2H hiring across IT roles.

You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and referrals, screen for technical fit, coordinate with clients and candidates, schedule interviews and manage offers and joining formalities to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in IT recruitment.
• 2+ years in C2H hiring.
• Strong IT knowledge and sourcing capabilities.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Handle candidate engagement and ensure a smooth C2H hiring experience.
