Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to facilitate overall HR activity and meet business goals.
• Recruitment & Selection: source, screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, maintain communications and reports.
• Onboarding & Induction: track onboarding, coordinate sessions, ensure smooth experience and equipment setup.
• HR Operations: joining, confirmations, exit formalities, and lifecycle data maintenance.
• Employee Engagement & Business Partnering: drive engagement initiatives and HR communications.
• HR Compliance & Policy Adherence: ensure confidentiality and policy adherence.
• Reporting & Analytics: prepare and present HR activity reports and attendance data.

Job Summary:

To provide HR support to facilitate Overall HR activity and meet business goal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Support in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and update recruitment reports.

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Tracking with internal team and new joinee for timely completion of Onboarding process.
• Coordinate induction sessions for new hires and introduce them to team.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience and feedback collection.
• Assisting in getting email id, laptop, visiting card and ID card for new joinees in place.

3. HR Operations

• Joining formalities, confirmations, exit formalities and F&F completed within defined TATs
• Stay & Exit interviews conducted and documented
• BGV closure for all employees
• Maintenance and tracking of system data (employee details on myHR and position master)
• Employee life cycle management.

4. Employee Engagement & Business Partnering

• Engagement initiatives execution as per calendar
• Maintain participation and engagement records.
• Policy, incentive and HR communication cascading locally
• Regular employee connects and field visits

5. HR Compliance & Policy Adherence

• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company HR policies.

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare and present periodic HR activity reports.
• Daily report preparation of attendance and sharing with Business Head.
