Job summary

YO IT Consulting in Bangalore is seeking a Manager - Human Resources to lead the HR function and shape people strategies. The role requires 7-10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join our organization as Manager - Human Resources. The ideal candidate will lead the HR function by developing and implementing people strategies, ensuring statutory compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth through effective talent and performance management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and retention strategies.
• Drive performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage HR budgets and monitor key HR metrics and KPIs.
• Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to HR team members.
• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and strategic insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA (HR) or Master's in Human Resources is mandatory.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
