Role Summary
Weare seeking a dynamic and proactive Head – Temporary Staffing to build,lead, and scale our Temp Staffing vertical as a standalone business unit.This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, with complete ownership of businessdevelopment, operations, and profitability.
- Build & Establish: Set up the TempStaffing vertical, including processes, systems, and team.
- Business Development: Acquire new clients,grow the client base, and expand service offerings.
- P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth,ensure cost efficiency, and run the vertical as a profit center.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee payroll,compliance, and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategic Growth: Continuously innovate andscale the vertical into a leading business line for the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. BusinessDevelopment & Vertical Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities toexpand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships withcurrent and potential clients.
- Build, lead, and scale the Temporary Staffingvertical as a profit center with full P&L responsibility.
2. ClientRelations & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clientsregarding services, payroll matter, MIS & other – as may be neededfrom time to time.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their payrollrequirements and ensure compliance with their policies.
3. PayrollProcessing
- Manage and oversee the entire payroll process fortemporary staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll,including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
- Handle TDS calculations and filings in compliancewith government regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuringaccuracy and confidentiality.
4. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirementsrelated to payroll and staffing.
- Stay updated on labor laws, taxregulations, and other relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance withinternal policies and external regulations.
- Manage relationships with government bodies andagencies for compliance-related matters.
5. CompensationManagement
- Develop and manage compensation structures.
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation policiesand practices.
Qualification
- Education: Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HRis preferred.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience inpayroll processing, temporary staffing, or related roles.
Skills
- Having professional and business acumen.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems andprocesses.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws andcompliance requirements.
- Familiarity with compensation management andstructures.
