Job summary

Experis India is seeking a dynamic Vertical Head to lead one of our key Industry Verticals, delivering Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, and Managed Services across India. You will own end-to-end business performance, revenue growth, profitability, and client partnerships with a focus on scalable workforce solutions.

You will build high-performing teams, drive governance and risk management, and lead strategic digital transformation to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Workforce Solutions, Managed Services, or Talent Solutions.
• 5-10 years of senior leadership experience managing large teams and full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong expertise across Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, and Managed Services businesses.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and large-scale operations.

• Spearheading profitable growth by identifying market opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and expanding Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, and Managed Services businesses.
• Delivering sustainable revenue, gross profit, and business performance through strategic pricing, operational efficiency, resource optimization, and margin enhancement.
• Building strong executive-level client partnerships that drive customer success, retention, business expansion, and exceptional service delivery.
• Leading large-scale Project Staffing, Recruitment and Workforce Management programs with a focus on governance, service excellence, SLA achievement, risk management, and business continuity.
• Enhancing recruiter productivity, hiring effectiveness, workforce performance, and compliance to create scalable and high-performing talent solutions.
• Developing high-performing teams across multiple locations by fostering accountability, collaboration, leadership development, diversity, inclusion, and succession planning.
• Strengthening governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks to ensure operational resilience, audit readiness, and sustainable business growth.
