Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a results-driven professional for a field sales role in auto finance. You will manage dealership relationships across India to boost refinance product sales, including used car loans, vehicle finance, and related offerings.

You will identify new business opportunities, coordinate with internal teams to resolve loan disbursement and documentation issues, and ensure compliance while achieving targets in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in auto finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments (e.g., bonds), and NBFC regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for relationship management with dealerships and customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by senior management.
