Mahindra Finance in Tripura is seeking a field sales professional to drive car loan assets through dealerships, referrals, and on-ground activities.

You will build relationships with customers, verify documents and credit basics, coordinate with dealers and teams to ensure speedy processing, and strive to maintain portfolio quality with strong service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with sales experience in auto finance, banking, NBFC, or insurance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of car loan products, documentation, and local market dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Source new customers and generate leads for car loan business through dealerships, referrals, and field activities.
• Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and business targets assigned by the organization.
• Conduct customer profiling, document collection, and preliminary credit assessment.
• Coordinate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain customer relationships, provide post-disbursement support, and ensure portfolio quality.
