Job summary

Mahindra Finance in India is seeking a field-based sales professional to generate leads for car loans through dealer networks and on-ground market references. You will profile customers, collect documents, and perform preliminary credit assessments.

You will explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers, coordinate with dealers and internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement, and work towards monthly targets while maintaining portfolio

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with experience in NBFC, banking, automobile, tractor, or rural finance will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of rural markets, agriculture ecosystem, and customer acquisition activities.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
