Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) hires for a Home Loan Sales role in India. The candidate will drive sales numbers, source new business via DSAs and open market, and manage relationships with DSAs, builders, and partners. You will generate leads, convert them to sales, and meet targets while ensuring loan disbursal and compliance with NHB regulations.

Knowledge of loan documentation and 0-2 years BFSI experience are preferred; both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant HL/LAP loan experience in BFSI.
• Knowledge of loan documentation process.
• Male and Female candidates both preferred.

• Aggressively drive sales numbers and source new business for Home Loans through DSAs and Open Market.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Ensure timely disbursal of loans and provide excellent customer service, compliance with Audit/NHB regulations and company processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/PG in any field with minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in HL/Lap loan in BFSI industry.
• Knowledge of loan documentation process.
• Male & Females both candidates will be preferred.
