Job summary

Mahindra Finance in India is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive auto loan disbursements in the Assam region. You will manage a team of sales executives, coach performance, and ensure targets are met.

You will build strong customer relationships, tailor vehicle finance solutions, and expand the company’s regional presence through networking and market insights. The role requires excellent communication and proven sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Led sales teams to meet or exceed targets in BFSI/auto loan sectors.
• Strong knowledge of auto loan processes, policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
