Job summary

PeopleStrong in Karnataka seeks a field sales professional to drive monthly targets and grow our customer base in Gold Loan products. You will cross-sell third-party and group products, maintain lending norms, and support interest collection while building a strong local network.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of field sales experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, empathetic approach to customers. This role requires adaptability and teamwork in a dynamic banking environment.
