Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a field sales professional to drive monthly targets and expand our customer base in the Bihar region. You will cross-sell third-party and group products to Gold Loan customers while upholding lending norms and integrity in every transaction.

You will also assist in interest collection, conduct catchment development activities, and convert generated leads into new customers, contributing to branch growth and market presence.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
• Total field sales experience of 1 year.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Monthly Sales Target.
