Job summary

PeopleStrong in Nagpur is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive monthly sales, cross-sell third‑party and group products to Gold Loan customers, and uphold lending norms with integrity.

You will support branches in interest collection, develop branch catchment, and convert leads into NCAs. Graduate or PG with strong communication, sales drive, and adaptability is preferred.

Total field sales experience around 1 year and the local language plus English are desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
• 1 year of field sales experience preferred.

• Achieve Monthly Sales Target.
• Cross selling and up selling of third party and group products to Gold Loan customers.
