Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive in Fatehabad, Haryana to drive monthly targets. You will cross-sell and upsell third-party and group products to gold loan customers, maintain lending norms, support interest collection, and generate leads for branch growth.

The role requires a Graduate/Post Graduate with about 1 year of field sales experience, strong communication, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification required.
• 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Achieve Monthly Sales Target.
