Techneplus Software India is seeking a sales leader to drive end-to-end IT services deals in the UAE and broader Middle East. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and build executive level relationships with CXOs to accelerate revenue.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT services sales experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, and a deep network in the UAE market. You will collaborate with presales and delivery teams to tailor solutions and close complex deals.

Formación

• 712 years of overall sales experience in IT Services
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Middle East (UAE preferred)
• Strong experience in selling: Digital Transformation Services
• Boomi Integration Solutions
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• Custom Application Development
• AI / Data Analytics Solutions
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Strong network and relationships within the UAE market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
