SBI General Insurance in Kalaburagi invites results-driven Bancassurance sales professionals to join our expanding banking-channel team. You will drive growth by selling General Insurance products through partner banks and building relationships with bank managers and customers.

You will develop business plans, identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to integrate insurance solutions into banking services, analyze market trends, and lead a small sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (General Insurance Sales)
• Strong understanding of general insurance products, bancassurance sales principles, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups (Jana Small Finance Bank, IDFC First, Dhan Laxmi Bank, Ugrow, Yes Bank)
