Job summary

SBI General Insurance is seeking a Bancassurance Sales professional to drive growth through SBI Bank partnerships and cross-sell an array of insurance products to bank customers.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience, strong product knowledge across health, motor, home, travel and accident insurance, and excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bancassurance or General Insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products such as health, motor, home, travel, and accident.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets through bancassurance channels, coordinating with SBI Bank relationships.
• Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate insurance products into banking services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or General Insurance Sales.


• Strong understanding of general insurance products, including health, motor, home, travel, accident, marine etc. .


• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
