Qualifications

• Build C-level relationships and position RBT as a strategic transformation partner
• Mentor and guide junior BDEs to achieve team revenue goals
• Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for GTM success
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine offerings and positioning
• 10+ years in IT services sales with a track record of consistent quarterly revenue achievements
• Strong exposure to selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, and DigitalExperience Platforms
• Ability to drive complex enterprise pursuits with multi-stakeholder involvement
• Excellent storytelling, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated account mining and strategic relationship development experience
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology preferred
