GoodSpace AI in Gurugram, an architecture firm specializing in large-scale corporate workplace interiors, is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and manage client relationships, generate leads from MNCs and IT/ITES, and drive new business.

You will own RFPs from receipt to award, navigate long sales cycles, and present at client meetings while coordinating with leadership. GCC and MNC fit-out experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in business development in design, interiors, architecture or design-and-build.
• Proven closures of large corporate projects (70,000 sq ft+).
• Strong relationships with corporate occupiers and real estate decision makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with long sales cycles.
• Bonus: GCC and MNC fit-out experience and hands-on RFP/tender work.
