Job Description:

1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the business development team.
2. Bring in new interior designing projects, develop and organize new business development initiatives, and oversee the department budget.
3. Meet with prospective clients and close deals.
4. Gather details about upcoming projects.
5. Work closely with team members to generate new business within large accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration with 5 to 8 years of experience in sales and business development within the high-end interiors industry.
2. Experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
3. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
4. Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams.
5. Knowledge and experience in large corporate or commercial fit-out projects.
6. Strong analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
7. Willing to travel.
