Job summary

Netcom Solutions in Kolkata is seeking a results-driven ICT Sales professional to drive new business and manage existing accounts. You will conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and work to close deals while achieving annual targets.

You will lead generation, product pitches, and negotiations across datacenter, network security, IP surveillance and AV integration domains, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience in the ICT/IT systems integration domain.
• Strong communication and English proficiency, plus regional language.
• Ability to present solutions and close deals while meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention through effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the sales process and close deals to meet targets.

• Market Intelligence , Competition Analysis, latest trends in the industry.
• Timely Collection of Revenue. Projects personal credibility and expertise and demonstrates an ability to inspire, develop and lead a team. Guides, shares and supports others to achieve team goals

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be from I.T. Industry - Knowledge of I.T. System Integration business which includes knowledge of following domains:

• Datacenter design and solution
• Network Security & Firewall
• Networking Switches
• Wireless LAN
• Fire Alarm Systems

• Access Control & PA Systems
• AV Integration for Smart Class Rooms/ Conference Room/Board Room/Auditorium

Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication in English & Regional Language. Ensures teamwork and co-operation among team members

Capable of making sales presentation to customers on various ICT products.
