Career Craft Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a marketing professional to lead and implement effective marketing strategies across ATL and BTL campaigns, with a focus on audience engagement and nationwide outreach.

You will drive growth by developing targeted campaigns, building B2B partnerships with educational institutions, planning events and seminars to hit revenue targets, and optimizing lead generation and conversion processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, overseeing on-ground promotions
• ATL/BTL Activity: Proficiency in creating, managing, and executing Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line marketing campaigns for audience engagement
• Driving business growth through strategic outreach marketing efforts, including developing and executing targeted campaigns, establishing partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities
• Engaging in building the relations (B2B) with educational institutions to expand Branch network
• Responsible for planning and executing the Events and Seminar to achieve revenue targets through strategic management and effective marketing
• Responsible to drive nationwide business centres to effectively manage potential leads
• Analyse lead generation data and convert prospects through follow-up calls
• Built sustainable systems and process to ensure achievement of departmental and team goals
• Establish targets to enhance lead response time, lead qualification, and cost per conversion
• Effective approach towards the issues that may arise within the study abroad branch. Handling all the compliance inquiries
