Job summary

AEC Overseas - Abroad Education Consultants in Chennai is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B partnerships with study abroad agents and educational consultants and to onboard channel partners for student recruitment.

You will conduct meetings, presentations, and trainings, coordinate with counseling teams, track market trends, ensure partner compliance, and travel as needed to develop new markets across India and international partners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education (B2B sales preferred)
• Strong network of agents / consultants (India or international markets)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on targets and revenue-driven roles
• Knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe markets
• Willingness to travel for business development
