Job Title: Business Development Manager (US IT Staffing)
Roles & responsibilities:
- 1. Research and identify potential clients in the US staffing industry through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, industry events, and referrals.
- 2. Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking to establish initial contact with potential clients.
- 3. Qualify leads by assessing their staffing needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making processes.
- 4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- 5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our staffing solutions.
- 6. Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and update CRM systems regularly to track progress and maintain accurate data.
- 7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- 8. Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- 9. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates to the management team.
Preferred candidate profile
