Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager for the India market in Hyderabad (Gachibowli) to drive IT staffing and services sales. You will build relationships with CIOs/CTOs and other key decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure, and develop a strong local pipeline across major western Indian cities.

Collaboration with delivery and operations will be essential to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing or IT services sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at CIO/CTO level.
• End-to-end sales lifecycle management from lead to closure.
• Strong proposal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for IT Staffing and Services.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Heads, and Business Owners.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build a strong local pipeline across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
• Track opportunities through CRM or internal sales trackers; support pricing discussions and contract closure.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, operations, and leadership teams for smooth sales-to-execution transition.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Proven track record of adding new logos for IT Staffing and Infra services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for IT Staffing and Services.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Heads, and Business Owners.
• Has worked on GCC Clients in India and overseas
• Conduct client meetings, understand business and technical requirements, and coordinate solution discussions with internal technical teams.
• Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and follow-ups for new projects.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build a strong local pipeline across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
• Track opportunities through CRM or internal sales trackers.Support client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
• Work closely with delivery, technical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
